Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to International addresses, or certain remote areas.
- Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, delivery may be limited during extreme weather conditions to ensure product quality.
Tracking Your Order

Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages:
- If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided. For further assistance, you can also contact our customer service team.
Damaged or Missing Items:
- Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item or notice any missing products, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items.
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Chocozreto is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
